Emily Ashbolt Wins Travel Grant to BMES
Congratulations to Emily Ashbolt for winning a travel grant to attend BMES from the Office of Undergraduate Research and Fellowships at Northeastern for her work in collaboration with Marissa Puzan and Dan Ventre on Ultrasonic Neural Stimulation!
Research in the Advanced Biomaterials for Neuroengineering Laboratory (ABNEL) focuses on neural engineering and the interface between neurons and surrounding tissues. Specifically ABNEL develops novel and transformative devices, biomaterials, and biophysical-based therapies for this aims. Current work centers on the gut, heart, and central/peripheral nervous system.
